Brooklyn Italians Soccer Club Hosts USSF National D License Course

Brooklyn Italians continues to provide coaches with educational development programs, during the winter module BISC hosted the USSF National D license course.

“Coaching education has been a top priority within the club. It has been tailored to fit the needs of all coaches in our soccer community” said Technical Director Antonio Superbia Jr.

The club has hosted two grassroots courses prior to facilitating the National D license. “Bringing coaching education in-house has been an effective tool to enhance the continuing development of all our coaches.”

The club has also sponsored lectures and training sessions with Italy’s U20 National Team coach Alberto Bollini in 2022. Additionally, Brooklyn Italians coaches partake in e-learning, workshops and soccer session observations year round at the NYRB training facilities as part of the club’s affiliation with the Major League Soccer Club.

The Brooklyn Italians Soccer Club is proud to continuously offer coaches a pathway to their professional development. The club believes developed coaches are able to deliver quality training sessions on the pitch. Consequently, improving the overall quality of all youth players.
