Details of NY Cosmos Affiliation

BROOKLYN, NY - On July 28th, 2015 the NY Cosmos announced that the Brooklyn Italians Soccer Club would join as a founding member in the academy affiliate program. The Academy Affiliate program will help build the foundation for the NY Cosmos Academy. Affiliate members will help the Cosmos identify local talent and give young players a true path to the pros with the hopes of them joining the NASL team.

The Brooklyn Italians Soccer Club is proud to be able to offer this opportunity to our players and their families. The club will have direct access to the Cosmos including the first team coaching staff who will share best practice and coaching education. The Cosmos will also provide our club with a presence on their digital channels (including television) and promotion at home games, reaching thousands of fans. The future of the Academy Affiliate Program is bright as Raul intends to join the program as the technical director.
